Another residential remodel for Bronze is in the St Johns district in Portland, Oregon. This is an older neighborhood and this house was more than showing its age. It was originally a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom 2 story house with a basement. We extended the rear of the house giving more room to the second floor bedrooms allowing for a second bathroom.  The addition also allowed for the inclusion of a mudroom/half bath on the first floor along with a larger kitchen and dining area. We also enlarged the house entry while adding a front porch and expanded living area.
